Game won't use GPU / CPU - hard locked to 20FPS

Hi all,

Anyone else solved the issue where the game won't use the GPU (not CPU limited either, 5800X 3D).

It uses around 20% tops... So weird, I tried reinstalling the graphics card drivers and restarting..

GPU is a RTX 3060 Ti FE.

Other ray tracing games and other games are running fine and are using 100% GPU.

Strange. My CPU is very weakly used (15%) but 100% GPU (Geforce RTX 2070 Super). Maybe some settings are disabled ?

might be max background fps limit on in nvidia console since their settings default to 20 when enabled and that affects this game.

What a state for this to be released in. Also my portal depth cannot be turned on, stuck at 0 (none) :(

Portal depths are working now after messing with all the settings again. Weird. Runs at an OK FPS, nothing special looking though, think I'd rather play the normal game at 100 fps more!!

Thank you so much, this should be a PSA, I thought my computer couldn't run this game but then realized my GPU wasn't having much usage, I disabled this setting and now it runs silky smooth, game looks great.
