Report a translation problem
The entire game is path traced, ray tracing features are enabled by default and unable to be disabled. If they were then you'd have nothing but a black screen.
I watched Jacksepticeye's video, and he had like shiny red button and I only see the old red button...
That is what jacksepticeyes sees.
I don't see that.
However, I want to add, that I too have this issue. And I'm using a 3090.
I get reflections, but the new textures are not there. No cube, no fancy button.
I even got broken textures for some of the cameras

There's a bug where some models will not swap in correctly. Could you check your vanilla settings menu and see if model detail is set to high? For me, anything lower causes model swapping to fail.
