I'm not huge into gaming, but all the ones I have work fine.
I wanted to try an RTX game and this was a fail.
I have a UHD monitor so this could be the reason, but strangely I had no issues running the game on launch day, only when I have come back to continue my game today.
GPU: RTX 3060Ti
CPU: i5 12600k
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz
Hit Alt-X while the Valve splash screen is launching and before you get to the game main menu. Quickly switch DLSS 3.0 to 'ON'. This was enough to prevent the instant crash. Then I ran through the below linked screen shot (provided by Nvidia) for optimal RTX settings and configured the rest. Hope this helps others

Crashes when changing any options, including the resolution. I'm stuck with the centered 1080p image on my 4k TV
That solved the issue for me.
