How to know FPS?

I always use RuvaTuner but it seems that it doesn't work with this Portal release, also Nvidia Overlay doesn't work either. I can't get 60fps on a 3090 TI and I'd like to know why, but I can't know the FPS to check if it's due to a FPS lock.

Yeah, RTSS doesn't work for me either. I'm guessing it conflicts with the RTX-On overlay, which I'll admit, is pretty cool. Having granular control of all the graphics settings is something every game should have but doesn't for some reason.

Riva Tuner and Nvidia's FPS counter also don't work here and when I put -vulkan in startup options the programs above worked but the game image is all buggy;

Use the default Portal video settings menu.
