SNOWPLAY ERROR - SPConnectionManager connection error Code 1006

My wife and I decided to try out Stormgate today and we started playing a co-op game. We were playing for about 5-10mins before we ran into issues.

Mine crashed first and displayed a modal dialog with header "SNOWPLAY ERROR" and the content said "SPConnectionManager connection error: Connection closed. Code: 1006"

This happens if you disconnect from from a game due to connection interruption. This could be anywhere from a wifi drop to a server blip. Have you been able to join games since this error came up?
