twitch drops

ive got twitch drops unlocked and accounts connected. items dont appear in the game. wat do???

Same for me, I have been waiting for 3 days and still nothing. Maybe they are not even in the game yet?

Did you redeem the rewards? Even if they are unlocked, you have to go into the drops campaign page and click redeem.

yes. thats what i meant by 'unlocked'. they are redeemed.

can i at least get a confirmation from ppl that redeemed the items that they have them ingame??? so i know theres something wrong with mine

Listen up, If you're using having difficulties with the linking, Use a different web browser for the linking, For me Firefox was not working, I had to use Google Chrome.

You'll know its linked properly when you started earning progress for the drop in question.

This is how I got the drops In-Game confirmed.

1)check ingame in the to bar where the chest symbol is make sure "hide owned" is unchecked

2)if they are not in there go into coop tab click on any commander there and then on cosmetics and look if they are in there simply press on the Ø symbols and check there.

in general when you click on your twitch drop redeem/connet you get forwared to a different website when it says linked there you should have it.

got the same exact problem, but no matter how often i restart the game or check twitch, they do not show up. yes steam is linked and I redeemed the drops but ingmae they do not show up anywhere

I didn't get mine either. I redeemed the first 16h ago, and I know I completed the linking before I redeemed the third, maybe even before the 2nd. The third was 11h ago.

what worked for me:

unlink again in twitch
log out of steam
relink
sign in in steam


also: i did that with edge instead of firefox
