Campaign not progressing?

Played the first mission of the campaign and it unlocked the second mission. Played the second mission... and it didn't unlock the third mission. Replayed the second mission again thinking maybe it was just a fluke or I quit early or something, but got all the way to the end, saw the victory screen and the prompt to "return to menu"... still no third mission unlocked. Not sure exactly what's going on here. Anyone else run into this?

Same issue here. Restarting the game fixed it for me.

I think progressing of anything is bugged. Half my co-op games didin't give Hero XP.
