Did they learn nothing of why we dont play Blizzard games anymore?

The reason why I stopped playing SC2 was that they stopped releasing new campaigns and Coop Commanders. So I agree with that I hope that Stormgate won't do the same thing.

Everyone has their own reasons for liking or disliking blizzard games. I still like SC2 but it's woefully unsupported. They absolutely butchered WC3 with reforged. Making this game free to play is not necessarily a bad thing; It means you can try out the game for free and if you like it you can pay to add more to it. From what I can tell it's not like they're going to restrict access to 2 of the 3 races or anything, just stuff like campaigns and heroes for the coop mode, which is fair to ask money for in a f2p model.

If there was a Starcraft 3 or Warcraft 4 I'd play it, but there isn't and never will be.

Also, if you played SC2 you'd know this is a predominantly buy to play game with a few free modes.

And as others have stated, we don't play Blizzard games anymore because they aren't giving us anything new to play. If not for Arcade mode, SC2 might very well be a ghost town populated by the small percentage that still want to play the ladder.

Don't underestimate the modder scene, they made really many great custom versions of the official campaigns, which you can only play by using the custom mod manager. They sadly can't be put into the arcade section.

My hope Amis the prices are reasonable for real content itmf it's not free. I'm not 10 or higher for a single coop commander lol if it's reasonable I'll be fine, and currently it doesn't seem unreasonable $60 for what appears to be campaign and coop heros currently. As far as cosmetics I couldn't care less.
