There was a small bump last month because of a patch, but now it's the lowest its ever been. Not even hitting 100 last weekend.

tbh, i play sc2 often, problem is SG has big shoes to fill and it will not happen over night.

sc2 was also improved a lot, and i mean a lot, over the two expansions and tons of patches in between

In 2024 we had legend game Stormgate, Concord
They both in very high cost

In 2025 we may have a new legend game call "Marathon"

I think V0.3 and the upcomming V0.4 may be some game changers, but the game still is an WIP. If the new campaign is more intense and fun + the infernal rework and the T3-units are comming, I'm kinda optimistic.

Some critics are dated (like about visuals or - hopefully - the campaign) and it would be fair to rate the game again at least after V0.4 or V0.5.

as much as i would love this game to succeed (i rlly do) i play games from ~2000 online that have a bigger playerbase....

I would say now is a good moment to revisit the game. 0.3 and 0.4 where big steps forward and when T3-units and an coop-rework release, the game overall is in a much better state then how it was a few months before.

It's still worse than SC2 in every aspect.
Also, even if they made the best game in the world, it would not redeem their scams and lies.

So it's not even about the state of the game for me. It's about self-respect.
Not only do they scam their audience, but they also use elementary school excuses. This is total disrespect.

Well it's not finished and SC2 had years for finetuning and 2 addons for even more content.

Which scams do you mean? The last two updates where into a direction many players wanted. The game is still a WIP and has the chance to become a good one.

We're almost 1 year into Stormgate and not a single new campaign mission has been added.
That's all there is to it.
