Feedback: I love the Buddy Bot. Finally an RTS being fun for a casual gamer

On my friendlist there are to sorts of people. People who play starcraft and people who hate it.

Cause Starcraft overhwelms you with things you need to do. Buy enough workers for minerals and gas, build expansions (and buy more workers), go scouting. build armys and every unit have active abilities to micromanage, oh and dont forget to work on your base, oh and yeah in a blink your army is death. I can understand that its a good experience for korean 300apm esport player which can do 20 things at the same time.

But for old casual gamer like me is just pain- and stressfull. And even winning vs bad ai is not enyoable cause you get constantly stressed. When i getting forced to play starcraft withfriends its horrible. The friends are annoyed cause its to easy. and i am on high stress level cause its to much for me.

But BuddyBot changed that. I tried some combinations what i want deligate the the bot and what not. Finally i end up just putting worker production to the bot. And its soo much less stressfull. The bot and the good ui make everything so easy to use. No overcomplex elements just for sake to stress and overwhelm the player. Just a pure strategic experience.

When playing starcraft i mostly have only one strategy to follow. Cause my brain is to busy to keep bases running and fighting. No capaxity left for strategic decissions . But here i can scout. I can think about where putting my expansions and what units i want to produce.

Stormget brings back the Strategic Part into RTS and do it in a every enyoable way. Thank you!

Since it's just for vs AI and Co-op it's nice. Or if it was added to 1v1, it should be a separate ladder.

Its just coop and custom games. Not on ranked.

I think thats fair. People who need the support of the bot, mostly doenst care about latter games at all.

That's amazing! I think that is exactly what the Devs had in mind and it sounds like they did their job. I thought i heard that buddy bot will be implemented on ladder? It wont be as good as what pros can accomplish. I think stormgate is keen on trying to find that perfect middle ground.

They need more feedback about this feature! Thank you for yours.
