log in error

Cannot log in.. tried everything many other discussions suggested with no success.

restarted wifi
reinstalled game
logged out of steam and back in
restarted computer
firewall accepted

Any other way to get this to work?

You'll be able to log in on April 30th at 11:00 US Pacific time

The game servers are currently not active since there is no Playtesting phase going on right now, which is why you get a no permission error. The next (and last) one starts April 30th and should last for 3 weeks.

Also, since the next Playtest will be under NDA it is better to ask Playtest related things in the Playtester exclusive area of the Stormgate Discord.

Because it will be the last Beta before the start of the Early Access phase, which happens in summer.

That's because it is only planned to open in 1h11min. and even then it will take some time until everyone can get in.

I think that issue pops up if you use the Open Beta Client. Considering that you do not own Stormgate here on Steam I would assume that you are no Playtester and thus have no access to the Closed Beta.

Edit: Since you do now have the right version, pls in the future post about Playtest related issues in the Playtest channels of the official Discord. The Playtest is under NDA, so it's not allowed to publicly talk about it.

You need to use the regular Stormgate in your Steam library, not the Open Beta demo, since this is no open beta.

You too, except that you do not actually have it, so you would first need to get a beta key.
