Cannot level up past level 10?

I keep gaining experience. I should be around level 13. But I just stay at level 10. For a while I was sparkling continuously like when you level up. I exited the game, got back on, and I was still level 10. It registered that I had completed quests, and the exp was resetting as if I was leveling up, but I'm just....not....

I'm a newb. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a weird glitch? Any ideas how to fix?

Do you have silver or higher account rank? Can you move AA experience slider? Ofc you glitch a lot if you drink a lot.)xD

No, I am a f2p player. No, I cannot move the AA experience slider. Looking at the eq2 site, though, it says no matter what kind of account you have, you can go to level 90. Unless, yet again, I'm being a newb.

you need to choose a skill for your character than you can advance my advice is go with weaponsmith or armory

Its probably your aa slider needs ajusted or you need to pick a profession for crafting if its crafting xp that is stuck

F2P players cannot adjust their AA slider. Also AA doesnt stop XP gain. Check your Chat logs for Gained XP. If that doesnt work contact a GM

right click on your exp bar and see if you accidently turned exp off. Hope this helps.
