UI Scaling options?

Does any one know if you scale the UI. I'm runnin the game in 3000x2000 and the game looks great, but the UI is small. I can resize my action bars and the text in the chat box, but as for text in other windows I have no option to do so. At least not that I could find. Should I download a third party UI? Any help would be appreciated.

And You checked all your options, right clicked chat box for settings all of that? Maybe try zooming in too, never heard of text being small

You wouldn't notice when running an old PC or running in low resolution.
