But in EQ2 every class has a counterpart with minor differences.
The good versions of those would be the Magician and Paladin.
The roles are the same with minor shifts in the mechanics
Adorning is a great skill to pick up, as you can later on buy broken gems, turn them into incredible ones, and flip them for a ton of platinum.
If you're looking for a Good-side option to soloing, I would recommend Conjuror or my main the Berserker.
People often forget how good zerkers are in solo because the SK is so brilliant at self-healing, but zerkers will pretty quickly get skills that automatically heal them when hit by enemies. This makes them practically invincible unless you've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. They also fare especially well with a lot of enemies around them, making them really easy to level.
