Steam does not load Everquest 2, but has prior to this.

I have a level 52 Illusionist. I have always played EQ2 (Everquest 2) through the steam client. I logged off three days ago and have been tring to get back into the game. One of my accounts were deleted because I tried to change my password. Having never tried this before that account was deleted by Steam or Everquest 2 and I cannot play on that account, even though that account is still linked to my email address so I cannot set up a new account using that email address. The other account that I have cannot be run on the computer I have that uses Windows 10. I have tried reading different articles and have tried everything that I can to try and get this account to work properly on my computer. The computer is not that old at all being that it was purchased at the end of 2015. WHen I open up Steam it opens fine. When I open EQ2 through steam it opens quick and then closes saying its running and then the running stops and it looks like I never tried to open it. What can I do to ensure that I can play EQ2 on Steam without issues. Please help...

Additionally, there is no known phone number for customer service about these issues to help fix. WIth that said no wonder why, if its true, that other people where I have read are asking the question whether the game Everquest 2 is dying. I want to continue to play, so if your in customer service or have had a similiar situation to mine and found the answer please let me know how to fix it so I can post better review since I have found that since the game would not work on other computer that I have with Vista, and Windows 7. Continuieng to need help...

Have you tried emailing Daybreak/customer support? A lot of companies like this don't have phone support.

No, I can try. Thank you for this thought. Now I need to look up how to email staem support. What is their email address?

I have tried to uninstall/reinstall, I tried through Steam and outside steam. Nothing works.

I have also tried the forum's and it was not help. Why is there no customer service phone number that works to fix issues?

I have short term memory issues being that I was hit by a car when i was eight years old. The accident occurred next door to my house. Remembering my password sometime is the issue. Between the two computers that I have been using for Everquest 2 I could not find the password for the game and in entering the common passwords that I use to play the game on this main computer the responce that I got from the server is that "this account does not exists". Getting this notification made me believe that the game had deleted my account. Having played World of Warcraft for years prior to playing Everquest 2 I have run across similar issues in their game and had overcome the problem by switching computers, which I did and found that the my characters on both of my accounts still exist. I am trying to write down tbe passwords but forget to do so beause I think at the time that I will remember but dont. I hope that make since because my memory has issues and I cannot do what I think I can from time to time.

I run everquest 2 on Windows 10 perfectly. Ive also never had my accounts deleted, you need to email daybreak support, Steam has no control over the game, its files or player accounts

Tryied that without responce. however I have got controll over my accounts now
