Invisable water on map plus..
Getting a weird bug on dnieper plains. As I am building roads on the right side of the river, I keep having the game build bridges even though there are no visible pockets of water around it. My settings are very basic, as I'm getting slow downs the longer I play the game, so I have to exit and restart every once in a while. I also get some "garbage" with this map in that I see small flashes of water appear in these areas.

Any one have any ideas on this?

Not exactly familiar with that really. On that note, we started updating all maps for more optimized memory usage, and that will go into update as soon as entire package is ready.

For your specfic problem, if you send us your save file, we'd definitely take a closer look...

I will. I was marking it out for you with roads around the larger areas of unseen water, but the game crashed. :(

It seems very erratic. I used the road tool, as it shows the terrain in the glow radius, so water is shown as blue in that radius. There are entire sections of land you can't build on, and you need to bridge over the distance, yet the land shows it's land and there's no water near it. The glow radius though shows a blue glow. Sometimes the water glow is only a block away from actual water, sometimes its 7 or even 10 blocks. It's also the only map where the water visibly moves, and sometimes water will appear in small pockets and then disappear (blue glow underneath with the road tool)

I'm not much of a programmer, but it almost looks like the terrain Height is set too low in the map. The water seems to "flow" into those areas because the terrain is lower in those areas, but it still shouldn't really do that. The Swedish section gave me the same problem, but not to the west, and I played a North america and a south america one, with no problems so far.

I will have another go at getting it to you tomorrow soon as I have the time, and hopefully this time the game won't crash on me. Apparently, maybe your game doesn't like too many roads? :)
I did find out you used Unity though, as I got a unity error message while playing it.

I agree the blue tiles that are clearly on land yet building a bridge greatly ruins the ability to build and utilize portions of most maps. Bridges should ONLY build over ACTUAL water.

I'm not familiar with this issue, but could you post a screenshot showing where on the map this happens for you? We can try and reproduce it and figure out what's going on.
