I realize this is late as hell but just came here to say that Shadow Era is nothing like MTG: Tactics. You’re thinking of Arena. Tactics was more so an open battlefield that required you to use 3D pieces on the board and maneuver around to kill your opponent. The 3D pieces were acquired from your card collection. It was. In part, a collectible game where you bought packs of cards and part Xcom.
