So I just finished all the achievements and got 1mil cash in the game.. Im gonna explain how i did that in 24 hours.

1) Do all Austins jobs (4 jobs atm)
2) Go pizza, bartender or forklift jobs till level 10.
3) Buy your first store selling video games at 35 dollars each.
4) Get 5000 dollars and start selling electronics at 110 with 5 % discount. Except projectors which should be 105 dollars with 5 % discount (remember to always advertise --> 50 dollars each day).
5) Buy the cargo van
6) Buy second store and sell electronics at 110 with 5 % discount of every type.
7) Buy the cargo truck
8) Buy the third store and sell electronics at 110 with 5 % discount of every type.
9) Start flipping houses. Buy a house --> get it to 100 appeal and sell it. Buy the same house --> get it to 100 appeal and sell it. U can flip 3-5 houses each day or more depending on how much profit u want to take.
10) When u have enough money to buy a more expensive house then go flip that.
11) Congratz. U have beaten the game.... :D

Example for flipping:
17 mountain spring: 128k to buy - spent 1k on furniture in pawn shop - sold for 142-148k.

I actually sold my car. Austin's missions are hard. I also rented my Park West Apartment and am sleeping at the homeless shelter. I long to buy that River Valley Apartment.

Just open a shop and put all your money into saving account. I made 1.5$ Millions per day with interest and it's growing. I have more than 350$ Millions.
