> Influence - Shows the stores rating and customer comments (too expensive, not enough items, etc)
> Setup - Use "Store Type" to change which products you're selling. "Store Hours" shows when your store will be open. (best option is to remember to change it from 0900-1800 to 1300-2200 sometime after 1300 to get the most time open all day). And finally the button to say if the store is open or closed (you probably still have it closed)
> Inventory - Shows all the items the store has in storage (I keep at least 50 of everything, and only buy what i need to keep that amount). Use this section to adjust prices of items (videogames at no discount sell well at $35 in my experience). You will only sell items that match the store type. (helpful if you want to stock up on electronics after the store gets rolling and you want to change type later)
> Promotions - Use this section to set the discounts for items to get more sales at higher prices (testing games at $55 & 8% discount. Electronics at $110 & 5% discount is said to be good)
> Advertising - start a 1 to 3 day ad campaign for your store, helpful at the start to get more customers and jumpstart store rating and sales, supposedly less helpful later on, results may vary
> Daily Stats - Shows your customers who visited, how many actually bought something, and how much money you'll receive at midnight before employee wages, store rent, and utility costs are paid
> Employees - Shows how many cashiers you need in the store and what they cost each day to run
You either do not have the store open, have the property not set to auto-renew, or the products you've been stocking do not match the store type selected.
