Sure sim/sandboxes are great, but there's plenty in the sea of games. Adult sim/sandboxes however, are not so common, which is why Metro Sim Hustle had immediately gotten and kept my attention, when it first released.
Of course it's up to the developers. No pressure
edit:
I'd also like to add that I'd be fine with paying for an adult DLC for this game.
I agree +1, I would rather a DLC that showed everything than a have it blurred out, like in the sims, or suggestion, that the blur is optional in the settings so it can be turned on or off
Well said buddy
Like an option of consequences of drinking ,Like you can get drunk or passed out
Some form a crime like maybe you have a chance to be robbed.
Maybe a police career
If your a criminal there is a chance to get caught by the police.
The game is a life sim, and provides the opportunity to use a social app in-game and meet NPC's, and allows you to build a relationship with them, and ask them to move in. But you feel that any sexual content, which would be completely optional for a player to participate it, is taboo?
Or even better, play GTA for toddlers and you can do these things!

You don't really need a toggle for something that is completely optional.
One of the reasons why it's requested is due to the previous game, Metro Sim Hustle, having optional adult content. Emphasis on the word, optional, as it isn't forced into the game, but offered as a DLC.
Now in my case, I won't be buying this game if the developers have no plans to add adult content, and it's totally fine if they don't want to do that. In the end though, I'd just end up sticking with Metro Sim Hustle, since it has the options that I want. The main thing for me is this. If I were going to spend money on a life-sim built for everyone, then I'd just buy The Sims.
Metro Sim Hustle was something that I had not seen before, which was a life sim that also offered adult content, so that was why I ended up buying it.
