As it seems to be counter-intuitive, a note shall be added to the scenario special rules (if players read them)
Basically, just split the force into 2 or 3 sub forces to move it.
Ok got it but hey, so in reality they were 2 different people ?
Because young Bonaparte (not yet Napoleon in game terms) can only lead 10 SP you need to split the stack with the Detach command. Split off a couple of SP along with one of the other leaders. Then you can move Bonaparte with 10 SP.
You may also wish to Detach the unnamed leader and send him back to bring reinforcements forward on the next turn.
This would be another kind of game :-)
