I guess we should first collect player"s needs and example and then see what if feasible to do .
It is not so simple - technically and functionally- because on this game, you don't move corps or task forces, you move plenty of strength points which may combine, detach, appear as reinforcement, be lost during forced marching, cancel their move, load cargo into transport, etc...
Also there are already a lot of back and forth between the 2-players, especially during battles. We should be cautious not to add to heavy replays.
JT games are not on Steam, they have their own website (https://wargameds.com/). You can download a demo and see how the nice replay system works in pbem.
yes again yourself or anyone over Internet.
and yes it has full replay in PBEM.
It would be nice if when playing in multiplayer you don't have to exit and re-enter the scenario, and it would update directly. That would be great when both players can simultaneously spend a longer time playing the game.
Also i want to say to the developers that the game should looks like Axies and Allies. The players can control the time for each turn so you can for example make a turn in 5 or 4 minutes. i think war and peace is a wonderful game but it needs wors on multyplayers system. You should first do something about this and then take care of the AI.
