I'd far more be expecting overally monetized music"packs" like what was done with Rockband/Guitar Hero etc.
this is exactly the model. release the game with not enough content for full price then put out $5 song packs until the whole game costs $1000 plus. why let people use any music they want when you are the DMCA troll?
EDIT to add: that's why theres no preorders or anyone playing it prerelease :)
Looked at your reviews and you give a negative reviews to about 80% of the games you play. You will be one of those people who are always mad at everything cause you don't get what you want. People like you literally cant use their brain I swear, why do you think a game that is PUBLISHED by Warner Music is going to just let you have everything for free. It makes no sense at all.
It's crazy, I didn't realize Duran Duran, Linkin Park, Paramore, Tiny Turner were zoomer music.
I honestly suggest you don't play games like this, not because of the music but because 90 year olds like you probably aren't the best at rhythm games ;)
