Sonic.exe has stopped working!

I have tried many ways of fixing this it seems only windows 7 people get this error i have windows 7 and i met the requirements , but it still wont work.

Many people have this problem so i there is a fix please let me know thanks.

i know this is a horrible comupter but it can mostly run the games i want

Yea I've dealt with this issue for some time now. I've tried just about everything everyone here and on other forums have suggested with getting the same damn message. This is a known bug and probably will not be getting fixed anytime soon. I've spent well over 12 hours troubleshooting this issue short of reinstalling my OS. I wish you luck but you're not likely to get an answer here as no one care or knows how to fix this bug.

ask steam for your refund.

I paid like $1.50 for it during a steam sale. Not really worth the effort. Though a refund may be worth a shot. I've heard people get refunds back from games that were as old as 6 months.
