This boss battle is frustrating how to do this?

I've been having a hard time trying to get past this boss battle. But unsure how though.

Well,you run for as long as possible and when the bomb comes you let yourself fall back and jump.

I that but the bomb splits into smaller bombs flying over the place and cutting the path for Sonic.

The faster you run on the treadmill, the less time it takes. You can dodge the bombs rather easily if you let them drop either in the back or right at the beginning of the conveyor belt.

I tried to keep momentum but its still frustrating. Even one of my friends who is an expert player at other games is finding this difficult to complete.

I tend to run as close to Eggman as possible. Then stop running once the bomb has stopped moving (over your head). You'll fall back, and as the bomb explodes into smaller bombs, if you jump over them back to the right you should be able to avoid them

i love eggmans face when most of the machine is destroyed because its hot!

That's the easiest boss in the game... are you kidding me...?

Okay, here's what you do:

1. At the start, jump into Eggman.
2. Run on the Conveyor Belt.
3. When the bomb shows up, wait till it stops, than release the joypad, jump and hold forward again.
4. Repeat until Dead.

Sonic CD maybe the best 2D Sonic game in my opinion, but with the exception of Wacky Workbench and Metal Sonic, all the bosses are easy.
