Is there a way to extract the audio?

Tbh I love both soundtracks of this game
I was wondering if there was a way to extract the audio (both the Japanese and the US) from the game in an .mp3 or .wav format so I can say, burn them to an original Sonic CD copy or listen to them without having to fire the game up or go on YouTube.
