Black screen, level won't load

After defeating the dragon, when the cut scene has passed and a new level should load, there is just a black screen and the game hangs.

Only turning off FSR3 helps, but if you load a level, then turn on FSR3 again, then when the next level transition occurs, the screen is black again. It's not playable!!!

I set all the graphics quality to minimum and FSR3 to the “Quality” indicator, for an hour there was never a black screen, it probably helped. If you set it to "balance", the screen will immediately turn black.

can confirm, levels will not load when FSR3 frame gen is on.
