Meet Kirkan in Nocea Bridge bug
Following the quest marker leads across a bridge to a door with no button prompt, I can not interact with it at all using MKB or Controller. Anyone else experiencing this or found a fix?

Seems as though others have had this issue. This should have already been fixed as it’s part of the main quest line, not some rare edge case.

I’m on my second playthrough and I entered twice in that building without any issues. Try reverting to a previous save.

I followed the advice of the EA support person in the thread I linked in previous comment. I noticed something in the half of a dozen times I was replaying the enemies at the bridge, before restarting the chapter. When you battle the big guy who spawns as you approach the bridge, he can just sort of despawn in the middle of the fight. I recommend anyone stuck with this issue to stay close to the large enemy when you are fighting him. If you aren’t relatively close to him when he dies, it won’t trigger the checkpoint that happens upon his death, you will know if it happens because he drops loot and you gain some XP. The prompt to open the door is designed to not be available until after you defeat all the enemies on the bridge. The bug (I believe) is a consequence of the largest enemy not dying properly and triggering the pop up and XP info, which signals to the game that the battle is over, which then allows the door to be opened. That’s just my hypothesis, but it seems like what was causing the issue, I was initially keeping a lot of distance between me and the largest enemy, and every time he would die when I was far away, he would just turn into particles (or sometimes would just de-materialize) and it would never trigger the checkpoint that killing all the enemies on the bridge is supposed to result in.
