Stuttering

I assume the stuttering hasn't been fixed with any of the new patches - don't want to download the game again if thats the case.

It was prior to this FSR 3 patch. the patch before it improved performance quite a lot to the point i would get 150 + fps with frame gen enabled. After this recent patch i need frame gen on just to prevent the stuttering, even though i'm over 60 fps with it off.

EDIT: after testing it further, it stutters no matter the dlss setting, it's just easier to see on quality and/or off.

Not really - i9 13900 and a 4090 - its the same on loads of setups

Strange, I had no issue with a 13700k and a 4090. The game was very enjoyable.

With dlss and frame gen enabled it's hard to see but if you disable both of those then you'll probably see it. Even with dlss quality (no frame gen) i can see it even though my fps is over 60.

I have a 4090 and a 5950X and is almost unplayable with so much stuttering. I really want to meet these people with 4090s who have no stuttering. I would like to see a 120 FPS capture with frame timing graph and a cleared shader cache. Cause honestly this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks.

I dont have a 4090 and have no stuttering so.....I would assume its something on your end but with modern games you never know. And 4090 cards seem to always have issues in general in all newer games from what I saw.

I have a 4090/13700k and the game was a blast to play with no stutters. Could be you're a bit unbalanced because the 5000 series non 3d aren't the best match for a 4090.

7700X+2070 super 2560x1080, everything on low, dlss on and the game stutter on loading but runs smooth.
some settings are really heavy/demanding, probably even a 4090 can struggles if you max out the graphic, check if it runs smooth on lower settings to find eventually the problem.

The 4090 and rest of the 40 series have frame gen so I had no issue playing maxed with
DLAA and frame gen with 120fps 90% of the time at 5120x1440.

I have a 4090 as well and your not gonna experience the stutter with frame gen enabled. I run the game at 3840x2160 maxed settings with dlss quality and frame gen with no stutter, however turning off frame gen and it becomes visible and this is with my fps over 60. Prior to this latest update i ran the game only with dlss qualty, no frame gen and it was smooth as butter.

11900K / 3090 Optimization isn't very good and took a bit to get the settings dialed in but I haven't had any stuttering issues.

How do you enable dlaa in Immortal of aveum? I would like to run the game only with Frame gen but i've been unable.

The demo has a stutter. In no way would I call it unplayable, but I would sure call it annoying. I could see how it could be loading data as I traveled.
