Frame Gen is causing the HUD/UI to bug out really badly
Try 1440p put everything to HIGH and just put dlss to quality or Balanced.
If you are good with that then keep the settings, you can also go up from that point if needed and put a couple settings back to ultra. All trial and error.
Once pass that and into the world & combat, it runs pretty well. There are still stutters and drops... but its mostly above 60.
Game doesn't look good enough to have this poor performance tho imo :\
Shame, it really detracts from the experience. Game is mid.

I mean, sure, a little, but not really the reason for poor performance.
It's the best CPU I could buy for the AM4 socket. 9/10 modern games run flawlessly. My GPU can still get to 99% usage.
