Can only see a few locked achievments

(I guess this is a Steam problem but Cave Story's the game so I assume this goes here)

When I go to all achievments,I get all the achievments I've unlocked and only a few locked ones,even though I have only about half unlocked. Is there any way to see the rest of the avhievments?

Click "View global achievement stats"

That will show you all the hidden achievemnts.
