there is a small section of the "Egg Corridor???!" That is added, but it is full of bugs (not the normal horizontal flying kind).
There is an extension to the last area of the labyrinth, but it is boring to play through (if you ask me).
There is a hidden area, which only contains a small portion of the nemesis challenge stage, and breaks geometry, and holds an equippable pengiun hat.
Only the song remixes by Danny Baranowsky are included, so there is no Hero's End, and Hell can become repetitive.
There is a mandatory extended area after the Undead Core that breaks continuity because Igor comes back to life, (not possible), and there are Ravils all over, which makes it even harder to make it to the Pre-fab hut/house with full health, and which contains missable heart containers, and which otherwise is aethetically unappealing, has limited context, and is little challenge to play (boring).
They added an more life capsules to the game, BUT didn't decrease the amount each gives, so now max life is 100 and Quote becomes OP very quickly.
There are no challenge modes, accept maybe Hell's (I forget),
the animations for characters are poorly done and buggy. Balrog seems to die after the Balfrog fight, for one thing.
There is no seasonal art, the music and icons do not change on the title screen depending on your best hell run.
The map is always open on the bottom screen which ruins most of the secrets in the game, including the added life capsules.
There is no kind of juke-box.
You can mess around with save files to get the Beast Fang in your inventory, but it lacks a description.
You can mismatch the original (original, not wii version) sprites with the three-dee environments, but that only partially clears up how hard it is to see your character, and does nothing for any of the other graphical glitches.
Also, the camera is harder to control, and motion sickness may come in to play.
Do I recommend you buy it? No. Personally, I bought it twice.
