Exists any save editor of this game?

Im playing for the first time and i was trying to do the best ending possible using a guide, occurs that i didnt find a "rope", yeah, that rope. And could not save a caracter. I wonder if this possible to edit my save and back in time. Or even start a new save using the editor and edit my weapons and the part of the game im at.

There are some, like cavephanter, but are better off restarting, it isn't very difficult to get there after all

It does, but I don't recall the link to the download. It let you edit your inventory and your weapon/hp. I don't know if it let you edit the save point too

I have been trying to use this to set my save location to the waterways but i cant figure it out, can you help me out?

Try CaveSaveEdit, by Leo40Story. Otherwise use a hex editor, find "Do041220". For a CS+ save, there will be 3 of these (one for each of the save slots). The next byte should be set to 0x2E. It's not possible with my save editor at the moment. Only coordinates can be set, not the map. It was made in Game Maker 8.1. I'm hoping to find the source again, to be able to add the feature
