SteamDeck support in the future?

This game would really benefit from a little update for better gamepad support and bring the content of the Switch version over to the PC version, it boggles that it hasn't been done already... Is PC a second tier platform for this game that originated on PC?

Nicalis is an incredibly lazy and greedy developer. It falls under the same name as the other versions of Cave Story+ like on Switch but lacks all of the features.

I doubt we'll get any updates anytime soon, as it's been unchanged for the past several years. I remember seeing the same bugs I saw when I was in high school (meanwhile this was 6+ years ago)

Eh I was just making this post as some sort of wishful thinking and that maybe if it got a lot of answers Nicalis would do something about it but I guess you're right, we'll never see any update on PC...

If not Nicalis, then maybe Studio Pixel would do something about this?
