the statue with the hole in the forehead and crossing the 2nd floor gap

what do I need to put in there and how do I get it? I feel like I have searched everywhere and I cannot find the thing. Does it have anything to do with crossing the gap on the 2nd floor? how do I cross that gap? Any help would be appreciated!

Have you solved the puzzle right outside the elevator on the third floor? The poster with three bells.

yep, I did. I ended up getting a right eye stone as well, if that helps

somewhere in the hall behind the three bells puzzle door is another statue of a lady and this one has something in the hole in her head. you can take it out and use it in the one on the second floor
