stumped (need help with hole in the forehead of the sculpture)

i got nothing to unlock i just got the revolver key and key with a 3 that idk what to do with. Unlocked the graveyard. Also still didnt give the vision to the grandma (i feel like it will be later in the game tho). Need to unlock coffee room. Oh and still have journal to unlock. Multiple puzzle box to unlock too.

Bigger hint: If the key to the East Wing has the letter “E” on it, where would you find the door that goes with the number “3”?

havent seen a door with a number 3 on it yet and also theres no room on the 3rd floor that require a key to open for now the only thing that can be opened is the bell poster next to the elevator but idk how to open it
