hey, i'm stuck at this puzzle. i can form the "1996" in the red paint, but it doesn't seem to help. any hints?

you're on the right track, but wrong about what the year is. there's another year that works even better.

so, i can get the 1963 draw but it doesn't work too haha maybe i'm in not seeing something idk
