Stumped by the journal

I haven't been able to find anything that would indicate what dates I need to find the corresponding lunar phase for in order to unlock it. Have I missed a document? Nearing the end currently, around 80ish%.

The lunar phase dates should be very obvious when you get the document related to it. Maybe try solving other puzzles first?

The only puzzles I know I have yet to solve besides the journal are the roman numeral locks, the zodiac clock, the mausoleum graves, the last few questions in the quiz maze, the center of the red maze, and the horse statue in the backyard

I also am missing one of the books in the memory tab, if that's what has the dates

If I am thinking it correctly, are the roman numeral locks the ones with a 5 or 10 length password? The answer should be on one of the earlier documents

I have the lunar phase documents and I’ve still been stumped by it for basically the whole game. What obvious clue am I missing 😅

Did you get the document for the lunar phase of 1847 & the document that shows what dates to look out for? You'll need both of them

For the 2nd thing, is there a single document lists 5 dates? would you happen to remember where you found it? I'm in the same boat where I found the lunar phases in the fortune teller tent but have no idea what dates i'm meant to use

Yes, the document lists 5 dates. It is in the pretty lategame area - specifically the revolver door on the 3rd floor

I managed to find the solution! the key point where I was stuck was the orangerie password I didn't realize that the solution was in plain sight, and once I got that hint I was able to progress.

I think I have everything (lunar phases doc + the 5 dates from the mannequin), still the diary refuses to open... I tried to put the moon phase in the order shown on the document, I reordered in a "calendar order"... Nothing. Am I missing something ?

Bumping this...other folks seem to think w these documents solution is straightforward but i've done the obvious combo a number of times w checking the docs as well as some alternatives...so if someone has the actual description/anything i might be missing would appreciate!

Don't reorder the dates, and be careful not to put in the wrong phase by accident. You're so close!

so not reordering dates, we have 25 5 28 10 29, so i input

dark crescent left side,
dark crescent right side,
dark crescent left side,
light crescent left side,
dark crescent left side

is that accurate?

I have to say one thing - the order of the date is random per save, so posting the answer doesn't really help.

Just want to check one thing - did you flip over the pages in the lunar phase doc?
