Grandfather clock puzzle

The last of the horse statues is behind the grandfather clock in the basement and I cannot for the life of me figure out what it wants

I assumed I needed to display 1847 in military time because of the billiard table but it didn't work and neither did 2014. (1963 doesn't work obviously)

I've been digging through my photographic memory looking for times but there's no way I'm gonna be trying every single 4 digit number in there.

There was a hint in that room about the clock being X minutes late. Try to find that hint again (in notes maybe?)
