(possibly referring to the illusion of choice that Renzo mentioned a few times, also manifest in Un Animale Terribile, where the ending of the movie is always identical regardless of the viewer's choices):
- When leaving the car, leaving it locked/unlocked
- After using the bathroom, washing/not washing hands
- The stress meter
- The temperature meter

- The bladder meter (can drink endless coffee without needing to go to the toilet

Also, at least in my playthrough your bladder can hold infinite pee no matter how much coffee you drink

Stress meter: The stress meter is pretty much only used to indicate the likelihood of running into the Maze Man/interrogator. It spikes when it becomes more likely. I imagine this matters more if you try to run away from him, but usually I just ran into him because I realized he was more puzzles.

The temperature meter: This changes if you leave your coat hanging on the coat rack. I have a guess where it could also matter but need to check
