Funnels not appearing on ship picture for CL's

Some of the funnels in the templates are graphic "black circle" elements, i.e. not the "funnels" from the ship designer, and not recognized as funnels by the side picture generator. This is due to the added focus on prettier top-down graphics. There are side-view graphics packages downloadable in the RTW2 forum you can use if you want more choice for side pictures. I myself never really bothered with side views though.

Allright, i was just wondering because in RTW 2 i remembered the CL getting funnels too when you generated the side view.
Anybody know if i can manually link the new top shapes to side ways pictures?

You can save side views in the "graphics" folder and select to use them for any of your ship classes (rightclick on the ship, "name and picture", then "select picture").

You could also manually edit the ship class file in the game's save folder and insert the file name/path (in line 27 "PictureName=").

If you like to do this I recommend using side views from shipbucket.com

You will likely find premade drawings that fir most of the template designs.

Cool, didn't know about shipbucket.
I was hoping they would have added some more ship generation stuff. Oh well, maybe we can get steam workshop. That would be nice
