Torpedo magazine hit! Ship blows up bug

During a battle I had a CA blow up (on my side). Looking at the log afterwards, I can see that it blew due to "Torpedo magazine hit! Ship blows up". However, the ship doesn't have torpedoes (by no torpedoes I mean the design doesn't have them). There shouldn't be a torpedo magazine when a ship doesn't have torpedoes.

That's a report that a torpedo hit managed to damage magazine and blow the ship up, not that a torpedo mounted on the ship got hit.

Its also worth noting that the log is often intentionally imprecise over mine vs torpedo damage. So if you are surprised about getting it by a torpedo it may have been a mine as well.
