Greyed out "end turn" button

For some reason the end turn button is greyed out and I can't end my turn. I'm not sure what the game needs me to do. The build ship button is also greyed out. If anyone knows what I need to do as the game isn't giving me the information on the matter I would be much appreciative. Otherwise I'm stuck unable to continue my saves.

Sometimes, I got a pop-up window stuck behind the main window.
Click on the RTW3 icon in the task bar or try moving/minimizing the main window.

Just checked and while you can't click "next turn" with a pop-up open, the button isn't greyed out.
This only happens (in the quick test I did) when the end-turn message is open.
Anyway, worth a try.

Thanks for the response. I couldn't find any other windows open aside from the main game window. And I also have no messages. I'm still stumped

you might got fired and missed it. how much prestige do you have?

Well it happened a few turns into a Japan campaign with 21 prestige. So I'm not sure that's the case.

yeah,happened to me alt-tabbing out and back in solved it by showing the hidden event window.

I'm having the same problem. I'm having a great game but when I loaded the game it is greyed out for end turn... looking through everything else that is open and no other tabs are... did you end up solving this issue Buran?

You didn't use the resign button on that game did you?

Resigning ends the game permanently, so if you attempt to reload you won't be able to take any more turns.
