Mostly, how the ♥♥♥♥ do i keep Britain from going to war with me (Germany) When i never even do anything, never take colonies, never increase tensions, but the tensions always creep up.

Germany and Britain are hardcoded to have hostility towards one another, historically this was the case.

Do any 'reduce tension' options you can, do treaties, etc.

i already do, treaties keep failing, ive been playing since 1900, its 39, i just cant hope to beat them, honestly Germany seems like a awful nation to play, tried japan, but boy, thats boring, 50 years of peace

The game is heavily RNG based. Sometimes you'll go to war with three people in a year, othertimes you can't get a war if you try.

Germany's actually fairly strong, but you're going to get into a scuffle with the Royal Navy and you're going to be the underdog when it happens. Alliances are helpful, and British ships will be quite prone to explosions during your first war with them.

Germany starts off pretty weak, they don't get particularly strong until they win a few wars, do a few railroads, and make it to the 20's.

If you want to start off strong, Italy is a good choice (few and weak enemies to fight) or britain (highest economy early on)

America starts off weak but gets VERY strong in the 30's onwards.

im considereing just dropping the game, its unfair, i think it hates me with bad RNG even

Naval treaties help a lot with lowering tensions, if you can get them - there´s an option sometimes when you´re asked about how to lower tensions with another nation.

Are you mass building ships at the same time? Like 5 battleships at the same time?

how wouldi afford that

You get a lot more budget to use if you keep ships in reserve/disband all planes.

hell no, even as germany or japan i cant ever build more then 2, and thats all my money
What size fleets did you set the game to? the smaller the fleet setting the less budget you'll have to work with overall
