edit: like from the Limoany Skull: All damage taken is reduced by 5%
But I can't be certain of the answer I gave, but I am basing that on Runic's logic of shield block and dodge chance. If you have a shield with 40% block on it. You have a tome that gives let's say 15% and your vit is currently giving you 30%. Then that's 85% but you won't see the block chance on arcane stats go past 75% simply cos that's what it's capped at. I'd assume dodge, block, damage reduction are all capped at certain figures. There may be some things that aren't capped like and possibly: armour, elemental resistance, etc, since they're flat amounts. If they're flat amounts I'm not sure if anyone has found the amount yet.
