need to know how to put spells in hotbar?

i got a spell but it is showing in spell inventory but i dont know how to use it ot drag it to hotbar?

Right-Click on the hotbar - than you can see all your things u can put in it.

If you have a spell in your spells tab, you have to right click it to learn it. From there, you can drag and drop the spell from your box of 4 learned spells, or do the right click as above.

Also, there are a number of scrolls that give you passive abilities rather than spells to be cast. If you've learned the spelled (right-clicked), and it still doesn't show up when you clicked on a hotbar space, then you likely just learned a passive bonus.

To clarify a little further. There are two type of spells and I use that term loosely. You and your pet have a total of 8 slots to use. Spells are split up into two categories: Spells (active) and Tomes (passive). Runic defines these as two separate things, and why the passive spells are called Tomes. Semantics ? Yes. Spells, like efanman has said you need to put them into your hot key action bar. Tomes just get added into the background of your character stats. As a side note, a lot of Tomes, used to be passive skills in Torchlight 1, in a lot of classes trees. What Runic has simply done, is pull them out of the trees in T2, and made them passive abilities or tomes to add to your character.

A brief example, and I'm pretty sure tomes actually say Tome of blah OR Blah tome. It's been a while since I've found a tome::
Spells: Heal All III, Summon Zombie IIi, etc
Tomes: Bartering, Weapon Expertise, etc
