Bought this game from the Gamestop app and I cannot get it to download

Bought this game from the Gamestop app and I cannot get it to download. everytime I press Play now it brings me to the community page. I already redeemed the code for it on steam and when i press play on the gamestop app it brings me to the community page.

Close whatever the gamestop thing is out.
Go to the game in your Steam list, and right click it - Go to delete local content.
Redownload - If it still doesn't work; get a refund and don't buy from Gamestop any more.

*Restart Steam if you haven't done so, that might fix it.

I restarted both steam and the gamestop app, but the game is not showing up on steam...
