Item name not showing without holding ALT?

Sorry if this question borders on idiotic, but I can't figure it out.

During gameplay all Items/Rocks/Boards/Loot shows on screen. During playing today all the sudden they disappear (I may have been pressing random buttons), now they only show if I hold ALT the entire time. I changed nothing in the item display menu and checking it its all showing as full display.

What have I done and how can I fix it?

ok i might be retarded, but can you post a screenshot ? i literally have no magnifying glass next to my hp pool and its so annoying to not see items drops in a looting game

Mouse over the green box just to the right of your hp pool and it should say, "Toggle names for items on ground". Tap that and you should see names for the things on the ground. Ooops, I just noticed that someone else already said the little box is red if the toggle is in the off position. Anyway, the little box is between your hp pool and your weapon on your skill bar.
