NG+5 Still Bad?

I just downloaded the game again and logged in to see 0 people playing NG+5... After 4 months I was really hoping to see some kind of backwards integration where you could be NG+5 and still play with other people.

I am the type of player that likes playing 1 character and maxing that character.. the idea of starting over for the sake of staying in NG and having people to play with is something I simply wont do because I find no fun in it. Hell I already beat the game 5 times to get to NG+5, why would I want to start over?

Have the Dev's addressed this at all or is it still just the ugly stepchild of the game where if you progress through NG you screw over the multiplayer aspect?

I'd say get the synergies mod and play as one of the new characters.

Or use rapidrespec and revert to a lesser NG+ that has players.

And really, there is no point in going past NG+++. By the end of 3 you have maxed levels, gear and enemies unmodded.

Backup your NG+5, if you are attached to it, then use rapidrespec as 1080p Gapefest suggested.

Yea I realized NG+++ was pointless back in october when I hit NG+ and realized there was nobody.. so I decided to push all the way to 5 to see if there was a community there... and there wasn't.
