Put the lotion in the bucket?

I found a barrel in the dungeon of slaver's stockade with a sign 'Put the lotion in the bucket'. where can I find the lotion?

it is usually in one of the sections off to the left as you go back towards the entrance/exit...round bottle with a green liquid in it

On both my play throughs it has been on the 1st or 2nd room on the characters right side, and as storm said its a green bottle sitting on the floor. you need to mouse over it for it to highlight.
